At Lira Import Ltd., we ensure that every product is authentic and delivered in perfect condition. To maintain hygiene standards and provide the best service, we follow a strict return policy:
1. For Online Orders (Hand-to-Hand Verification)
Important Notice:
We encourage all customers to check their products immediately upon delivery while the delivery person is still present.
• Conditions for Return: Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be broken or damaged at the time of delivery.
• Verification: You must inspect the product in front of the delivery man. If a fault is found, please return it to the delivery man immediately.
• Resolution: Once a damaged product is returned at the time of delivery, Lira Import Ltd. will process a replacement and send the same product to you as soon as possible.
• Post-Delivery: Once the delivery person leaves and the product is accepted, we cannot offer a return or refund for online orders.
2. For In-Store Purchases (Physical Shops)
If you purchased a product directly from any of our physical outlets and later discover a defect:
• Reporting Period: You must contact the specific shop where the purchase was made within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Required Proof: You must provide the original purchase receipt and clear evidence (photos or videos) of the damage.
• Resolution: Our shop management will verify the claim and, if valid, provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Products with broken seals.
Products that have been used or opened.
Change of mind after the delivery person has left or after 24 hours of a shop purchase.
